Before leaving baggage claim, report the missing bag to your airline (e.g. British Airways, KLM, Qatar, Emirates, Ethiopian) and obtain your Property Irregularity Report (PIR) file number (e.g. NBOBA12345).
Depart on Your Scheduled Safari
Send your PIR tag to our concierge desk on WhatsApp and board your bush flight to the Maasai Mara, Amboseli, or Samburu without losing a single day of your safari holiday.
Customs Interception & Security Sealing
As soon as your bag arrives on the next international flight, our authorized JKIA airside agent clears it through Kenya Customs, applies serialized tamper-evident security seals, and takes custody.
Express Flight or Overland Delivery to Camp
We dispatch your bag on the next morning cargo flight to your camp's dirt airstrip or send a dedicated 4x4 transport vehicle directly to your lodge gates.
