Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Introduction & Platform Scope

Welcome to Mustuds ("Mustuds", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Mustuds Operations Ltd, registered in Nairobi, Kenya. Mustuds operates a unified digital ecosystem delivering:

• Verified Tasks & Earning Community: A micro-task marketplace enabling registered contributors to complete real-world digital tasks, earn cash rewards, and withdraw funds directly to M-Pesa or bank accounts.
• Subscription Membership Tiers: Premium earning plans offering monthly task quotas, priority verification, and dedicated member support.
• Travel Concierge & Destination Logistics: Full-service VIP airport meet and assist, bonded luggage storage custody, bespoke safari logistics, and domestic flight coordination.

By creating an account, completing tasks, purchasing a subscription, requesting payouts, or booking concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Member Eligibility & Account Responsibility

To register an account and participate in tasks, you must satisfy the following conditions:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account Policy: Each contributor is permitted exactly one active personal account. Operating multiple accounts, identity spoofing, or creating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Details: You must register with an authentic mobile number registered in your legal name to receive M-Pesa disbursements. Providing fraudulent payout numbers will delay or void payouts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Mustuds will never ask for your password.

3. Task Submissions & 24-Hour Quotas

All task contributors must strictly follow the operational rules governing task fulfillment:

• 3 Tasks per 24 Hours: To ensure high-quality output for campaign partners, active accounts are permitted a maximum of 3 task submissions per rolling 24-hour cycle. Once 3 tasks are submitted, the submission portal locks and automatically refreshes after 24 hours.
• Zero-Trust Server Enforcement: Task submissions are authenticated strictly on the server. Unauthenticated guests or unauthorized account identifiers are immediately rejected with HTTP 401.
• Authentic Completion: You must personally perform each task in accordance with its detailed instructions and upload genuine proof (such as clear, unaltered screenshots or verified URLs).

4. Task Review Timeline (24 to 72 Hours)

Submitted tasks are not instantly credited; they enter an authoritative verification queue:

• Review Window: All submitted tasks are carefully audited by our verification desk within 24 to 72 hours.
• Approval & Credit: Upon approval, the agreed reward amount is immediately credited to your live platform wallet balance.
• Rejection Criteria: Tasks submitted with blurry, duplicate, altered, or incomplete proof will be rejected. You can review reviewer audit notes directly from your dashboard history.

5. Subscription Tiers & Membership Plans

Mustuds offers both a free entry tier and paid premium subscription memberships:

• Free Trial: New members receive an initial 2-task trial to explore the dashboard and experience the verification process.
• Subscription Plans:
  • Basic (KES 30 / month): 3 verified tasks per 24 hours (refreshed daily), standard review priority.
  • Premium (KES 80 / month): 3 verified tasks per 24 hours (refreshed daily), priority operations review queue, priority M-Pesa cashout processing.
  • Premium Plus (KES 150 / month): 3 verified tasks per 24 hours (refreshed daily), fast-track 2-hour task approvals, dedicated VIP concierge support.
• Billing & Cancellation: Subscriptions are processed securely via Paystack. Members may cancel auto-renewal at any time from their dashboard without penalty. Canceled subscriptions remain active through the end of the paid 30-day billing period.

6. Wallet Earnings & 78-Hour Payout Terms

Accumulated wallet balances represent real, redeemable earnings governed by strict disbursement protocols:

• Authoritative Balance: Your wallet balance equals total earnings from approved tasks minus processed and active withdrawals. Pending or rejected tasks never contribute to your spendable balance.
• Payout Approval Window (24 to 78 Hours): Once a withdrawal request is submitted, our finance desk audits the underlying approved tasks and dispatches funds to your M-Pesa or bank account within 24 to 78 hours.
• Rejection & Full Balance Reversal: If a withdrawal cannot be completed due to incorrect recipient credentials or Safaricom network errors, the payout is marked as rejected and 100% of the funds are immediately restored to your wallet balance.
• Zero Withdrawal Fees: Mustuds does not charge any hidden fees for cashing out your approved task earnings.

7. Anti-Fraud & Zero-Tolerance Termination

The integrity of our earning community is paramount. The following activities constitute material breach of contract and will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all unearned funds:

• Using automated bots, web scrapers, macros, or headless browsers to submit tasks.
• Submitting stolen, Photoshop-altered, or duplicate screenshots from other users or past submissions.
• Registering multiple accounts using proxy servers, VPNs, or burner phone numbers to bypass the 3-task 24-hour limit.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for validly activated subscriptions.

8. Travel Logistics & Concierge Services

For clients utilizing our airport, luggage, and safari logistics:

• Domestic Bush Flights: Domestic flights into safari airstrips strictly enforce a maximum 15 kg (33 lbs) luggage allowance in soft-sided bags. Mustuds assists with flight coordination, but carriage contracts remain with licensed aviation carriers.
• Bonded Luggage Custody: Luggage held in our Nairobi airport vault is protected under serialized tamper-evident security barcode seals and 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
• Safari & Tour Logistics: Park entry tariffs and game drive itineraries adhere to Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) conservation regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Mustuds provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mustuds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party mobile network disruptions (e.g., Safaricom downtime), supplier delays, or Force Majeure events. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mustuds against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to mutual amicable consultation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
